Delivery and Returns

If you buy an artwork online and are not completely satisfied with it, it may be returned free of charge. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for it to be collected. We ask that any returned artworks are packed very carefully.

We aim to deliver all artwork within 10 days of an order being placed. 14 days should be allowed for European deliveries, and for the rest of the world we specify timings on a case by case basis. If a delivery is required urgently then just let us know and we will do what we can to make sure it arrives in time. All deliveries will need to be signed for.

For non-UK buyers, please be mindful of import taxes on Fine Art for your country, as you'll be responsible for any duty that may or may not apply.

Returning an Artwork 

Buying an artwork online takes a certain leap of faith: it tends to be more permanent and can be more personal than other types of items so acquired. Overwhelmingly, in our nearly two decades experience of curating and selling artworks online – one of the first in the industry to do so – people do not end up returning artworks. From hearing the feedback of customers over the years, what's happening is that the connection people establish with the artwork they have selected is not only affirmed, but surpassed when the work arrives: it’s even better in real life. 

As detailed above, if a return does need to be made, you are entirely welcome to do so and we'll assist you in carrying it out.
