On Tour: The Degree Shows 2022
It’s the most exciting time of year in the gallery’s calendar: graduate season. This means we are touring the country from top to bottom visiting degree shows, to see the artists about to emerge in contemporary art. As every year, the most exciting, the best quality work, will be offered representation with the gallery. Browse all work by newly discovered graduating artists here.
It’s now the 18th year that NewBloodArt has been the place to see, first, graduating artists on display. By actually travelling to the shows and meeting with the tutors and artists, we pursue – with dedication and first-hand – what the latest cohorts of artists trained at these schools are producing.
Each year it remains thrilling to see the insight and innovation these artists present, and the potential they manifest for the career ahead of them. We will add artists and their work to this section over the next couple of months as director Sarah continues to tour the country. She’ll visit over 30 shows from London, to Falmouth, to Glasgow, to Aberystwyth.
The gallery is – uniquely – the place to invest in emerging artists. In as little time as a year you can see work by an artist we represent increase in value.
