That was a trip \u2013 those glamorous women in perfect jeans, running for their lives, sliding under cars, dodging ricocheting bullets, calling Charlie from a payphone with their hair still perfectly in place. Gosh, the tension of watching someone handle an emergency without a mobile \u2013 the change, the dial, the hope the line connects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Then Kojak, a serious man with a lollipop, which carries its own kind of design logic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">A small signal has formed.
