So we\u2019re delighted, and not entirely surprised, to hear that this week her work\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jacksonsart.com\/paintingprize\/past-competitions\/past-competitions-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">has been awarded the 2022 Jackson\u2019s painting prize<\/a>. It\u2019s an internationally renowned prize for emerging artists: now is a an excellent time to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/newbloodart.com\/blog\/investment-tip-evidencing-a-unique-style-emotional-sophistication\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">invest\u00a0<\/a>in this brilliant emerging artist.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We see\u00a0Lorena\u2019s work as part of a phenomenal tradition of psychological painting, in the line of Lucien Freud, Alice Neel, and Chantal Joffe \u2013\u00a0all of whom\u00a0Lorena\u00a0mentions as an inspiration.
