Her paintings, each radiating energetic use of colour, are based on landscapes both imagined and remembered. Expressive mark-making give the impression of structure whilst retaining the organic flow of unrestrained paint. As such\u00a0the landscapes come to life like a half-remembered dream &#8211; suggested through the use of vibrant colour and energetic brushstrokes.
