The Farmer’s Clock

I have recently completed a residency on a farm on the isle of wight which was funded by Arts Council England. The Farmer’s Clock is the outcome exhibition which combines a suspended paper installation, wrapped fibre bales and watercolour.  It was a  brilliant private view in the newly restored Hop Kilns Gallery, with lots of visitors and great comments. The project has been so important for my creative development. A chance to pay focused attention to work over a long period of time. Freelance curator, Letty Clarke, has written a short essay to accompany the exhibition. Follow this link to read the essay in the online catalogue. I have reserved 3 of the works from the Bales series for sale on New Blood Art.
