"I am especially interested in the female form as images of feminine beauty both captivate and terrorize me. They have shaped me into being the person I am and determine the subject matter of my practice. They are like points of departure that jettison into zones of feeling - of colour, texture and surface, which I work through with oils and other media, exploring the paint through form and vice versa."
