'Visual Apothecary', is an original circular painting in acrylic on paper. "A fine blended ring background with a light blue surface that breaks up from the centre into a very fine feathering effect which is not quite visible in the picture here." Soren James has an inveterate interest in naturally occurring forms and patterns, particularly relating to the effects of natural forces upon paint media. Within these areas of interest he has done numerous and inventive experiments with the dynamics of flow, allowing for natural forces to take over the process of mark making
